Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial IoT Engineer to design, develop, and implement IIoT solutions for manufacturing environments. The role involves connecting machines, collecting shop-floor data, developing real-time monitoring solutions, and integrating industrial systems with SmartRun’s platform.

Responsibilities

Strong understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing processes
Ability to work with machines, sensors, PLCs and industrial equipment
Experience in implementing IoT/IIoT solutions
Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into technical solutions
Willingness to work at customer manufacturing sites when required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

Industrial IoT / IoT
PLC and machine communication
Modbus, OPC-UA or similar industrial protocols
Sensors and data acquisition
MQTT / API integration
Python / basic programming
SQL and databases
Understanding of SCADA/MES systems
Industrial networking basics
